Realistic Art
Before the Commission
Hana Atelier will open slots for their packages and work on commissions based on the availability of slots, priority of commission and availability of members involved.
Hana Atelier have the right to refuse a potential client upon learning more details about their commission.
If the commission is rushed with a deadline in less than two (2) weeks, a rush rate will be added which will be fifty (50%) of the final price.
After negotiations, Hana Atelier will provide a breakdown of the payment and services provided. If the client agrees, Hana Atelier will send the invoice.
The payment must be submitted within five (5) days of sending the invoice. The commission will be terminated if the payment is not made by the date specified.
Payments can be made in USD via Paypal either (1) in full and upfront or (2) if the package availed is over USD 400, it is possible to pay an initial downpayment of fifty percent (50%) of the agreed cost, then pay the remaining amount in installments. The final product will not be released until the full payment is made.
Communications will be done only via Twitter (@TheHanaAtelier) or **email ([email protected]) unless agreed upon through other means. Otherwise, communications about commissions to individual members of Hana Atelier will be ignored.
During the Commission
If an artist or multiple artists are involved in the commission, they will provide an initial sketch after receiving payment. This sketch will require feedback and approval from the client. Any changes after the initial sketch will incur additional costs.
Updates will be done only via Twitter (@TheHanaAtelier) or email ([email protected]) unless agreed upon through other means. Otherwise, communications about commissions to individual members of Hana Atelier will be ignored.
Hana Atelier expects the client to provide feedback on project elements in a timely manner, especially if they wish for the projects to be finished on time and as desired. If the client will be away during the project duration with no means of contact, please inform Hana Atelier beforehand so the project team can continue project progress. If the client remains non-responsive for seven (7) days without notice, Hana Atelier will halt progress on the commission. If progress is continuously halted for seven (7) days, the commission will be cancelled and dropped with no refund.
Responses from Hana Atelier may not be immediate. Please allow a response time window of one (1) to three (3) days.
In the event of changes deviating from the original project plans and scope, the client is responsible for shouldering any additional payments.
After the Commission
Hana Atelier will require the client to provide full accreditation in the description of the project where possible. Accreditation must include stating Hana Atelier, its social media, the members of Hana Atelier involved with the project and their role in the project.
Hana Atelier reserves the right to display the commission in their portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed upon for a period of time.
The commission will be delivered through a Google Drive link that will be available to the client for one (1) month. After one (1) month has lapsed, access will be removed.
The commission will be closed seven (7) days after the mutual approval of the final deliverable. Any additional changes requested during the seven (7) days will be considered on a case by case basis and may be subject to extra cost.
Reservation of Rights
The client is NOT permitted to use any part of the commissioned work for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency and generating derivatives works using AI software and generators.
The client is also NOT permitted to use the project or other elements provided by Hana Atelier for pornographic content, hate, discrimination or with the intent to harm. Hana Atelier will NOT accept work from potential clients whose intentions fall under these categories.
All Hana Atelier projects and products are by default delivered with a Commercial License and the assumption that clients will use our products for commercial purposes.
Merchandising rights are NOT included EXCEPT for the Voice Pack (VP) Package, but the client may purchase the rights, subject to negotiation.
Commercial License
All of Hana Atelier's packages and products are bundled with the commercial license and rights, which include the following:
Usage. All projects can be used by the client for promotional purposes on social media platforms and streaming platforms.
Non-transferrable. The client may not transfer or resell products and projects provided by Hana Atelier.
Modifications. Modifications performed by the client or an external third party is prohibited, unless Hana Atelier provides clear written permission through our communication channels.
Non-exclusive. Projects and products are retained as the intellectual property of Hana Atelier.
Merchandising rights are NOT included EXCEPT for the Voice Pack (VP) Package, but the client may purchase the rights, subject to negotiation with Hana Atelier.
